30-Day Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This may include items such as golf gloves or other personal wear items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
